### sec.34M Removal of interests before grant Before the Governor in Council issues a deed of grant over the land or a part of the land— any State lease over the land or part must be resumed or surrendered; and any permit to occupy that exists over the land or part must be cancelled or surrendered. s 34M ins 2007 No. 19 s 25 sub 2024 No. 12 s 29 - (a) any State lease over the land or part must be resumed or surrendered; and - (b) any permit to occupy that exists over the land or part must be cancelled or surrendered.
