### sec.34N Effect of registering deed of grant
On the registration of a deed of grant over the land, the dedication of the reserve is revoked.
On the registration of a deed of grant over a part of the land, the dedication of the reserve is revoked to the extent it relates to the part.
The deed of grant takes effect on the day it is registered.
The registrar of titles must—
record the revocation in the appropriate register; and
record in the appropriate register and on the deed of grant—
any easement or trustee lease over the land the subject of the revocation; and
any registered interests in an easement or trustee lease mentioned in subparagraph (i) .

(sec.34N-ssec.1) On the registration of a deed of grant over the land, the dedication of the reserve is revoked.

(sec.34N-ssec.3) The deed of grant takes effect on the day it is registered.
