### sec.34L Recommending issue of deed of grant This section applies if— the trustee of the operational reserve has, under section 34J , asked the Minister to recommend to the Governor in Council the issue of a deed of grant over the land or a part of the land; or the Minister has, under section 34K , made an offer to the trustee of the operational reserve to recommend to the Governor in Council the issue of a deed of grant over the land or a part of the land, and the offer has been accepted by the trustee. The Minister may recommend to the Governor in Council the issue of the deed of grant. However, the Minister may make the recommendation only if satisfied the deed of grant would be an appropriate tenure for the land or part. (sec.34L-ssec.3) However, the Minister may make the recommendation only if satisfied the deed of grant would be an appropriate tenure for the land or part.
