### sec.34F Effect of revocation On the revocation of all or part of a reserve under this subdivision, all of the following apply in relation to the land the subject of the revocation— the reserve ends; all appointments of trustees are cancelled; all trustee leases and interests in the trustee leases are cancelled; all trustee permits are cancelled; the land becomes unallocated State land; no person has a right to claim compensation from the Minister or the State for the revocation. s 34F ins 2007 No. 19 s 25 amd 2024 No. 12 s 26 - (a) the reserve ends; - (b) all appointments of trustees are cancelled; - (c) all trustee leases and interests in the trustee leases are cancelled; - (d) all trustee permits are cancelled; - (e) the land becomes unallocated State land; - (f) no person has a right to claim compensation from the Minister or the State for the revocation.
