### sec.34G Person to give up possession
On the revocation of the dedication of all or part of a reserve under this subdivision, a person occupying land the subject of the revocation must immediately vacate the land.
A person who does not give up possession under subsection (1) , and is not otherwise entitled to possession, is a person who is unlawfully occupying unallocated State land.
Action for trespassing may be taken under chapter 7 , part 2 .

(sec.34G-ssec.1) On the revocation of the dedication of all or part of a reserve under this subdivision, a person occupying land the subject of the revocation must immediately vacate the land.
