### sec.34E Notice of revocation
The chief executive must give notice of the revocation of the dedication of a reserve to the person who applied for the revocation and each person given notice about the proposed revocation under section 34 (either a relevant person ).
The notice under subsection (1) must include all of the following—
the date of the revocation;
the effect, under section 34F , of the revocation;
if there are improvements on the land the subject of the reserve owned by the person receiving the notice—a statement that the person may apply to remove the improvements.
If the Minister decides not to revoke the dedication of a reserve, notice of the fact must be given to each relevant person.
