### sec.34D Registration revokes dedication of reserve
The dedication of all or part of a reserve is revoked by registering a revocation notice or plan of subdivision for the reserve.
However, if the revocation relates to only part of a lot, the revocation may only be made by registering a plan of subdivision.
Also, if all or part of a reserve for cemetery purposes has been used for cemetery purposes, the dedication of the reserve or any part of it may be revoked under this section only if a regulation authorises the revocation.
A revocation notice or plan of subdivision registered for subsection (3) —
must state the particulars of the regulation mentioned in subsection (3) ; and
may only be registered when the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , section 50 , can no longer operate to cause the regulation to cease to have effect.
