### sec.31C Applying for dedication of reserve
A person may apply to the Minister for the dedication of unallocated State land as a reserve for 1 or more of the purposes mentioned in section 31 (1) (a) , (b) or (c) .
However, before applying, the person must give notice of the person’s intention to make the application to—
if the person is not the proposed trustee of the reserve—the proposed trustee; and
each person with a registered interest in the unallocated State land.
The person may also give notice to any other person the first person considers has an interest in the unallocated State land.

(sec.31C-ssec.1) A person may apply to the Minister for the dedication of unallocated State land as a reserve for 1 or more of the purposes mentioned in section 31 (1) (a) , (b) or (c) .
