### sec.104 Conditions of issuing road licence
A road licence is subject to the following conditions—
it must not contain a covenant, agreement or condition to renew the road licence, or to convert it to another form of tenure, or to buy the land;
no more structural improvements are permitted on the road for which the licence is issued, other than the following—
boundary fences;
pipes for irrigation purposes that cross the road beneath its surface;
water channels for irrigation purposes that cross the road;
if the person holding the licence transfers or sells the land for the benefit of which the road licence is issued, the person must—
also transfer the road licence to the new registered owner or lessee of the land; or
surrender the road licence at the time the sale is settled;
any other conditions the Minister considers appropriate.

- (c) if the person holding the licence transfers or sells the land for the benefit of which the road licence is issued, the person must— (i) also transfer the road licence to the new registered owner or lessee of the land; or (ii) surrender the road licence at the time the sale is settled;
- (i) also transfer the road licence to the new registered owner or lessee of the land; or
- (ii) surrender the road licence at the time the sale is settled;
- (d) any other conditions the Minister considers appropriate.
