### sec.31 Decision to which part applies In this part— decision to which this part applies means a decision that is a decision to which this Act applies, but does not include— a decision that includes, or is accompanied by a statement, giving the reasons for the decision; or a decision included in a class of decisions set out in schedule 2 . - (a) a decision that includes, or is accompanied by a statement, giving the reasons for the decision; or - (b) a decision included in a class of decisions set out in schedule 2 .
