### sec.22 Disqualifying criteria—corporations
A corporation is not a suitable person to hold a licence if—
it is a Chapter 5 body corporate under the Corporations Act ; or
it has been ordered by a court not to be in any way involved in the operation of the business of an introduction agent (whether under this Act or another law) and the order is still current; or
it has been convicted of a disqualifying offence within the last 5 years; or
an associated person of the corporation—
is under 18 years; or
is an insolvent under administration; or
has been convicted of a disqualifying offence within the last 5 years; or
has been ordered by a court not to be in any way involved in the operation of the business of an introduction agent (whether under this Act or another law) and the order is still current.

- (a) it is a Chapter 5 body corporate under the Corporations Act ; or
- (b) it has been ordered by a court not to be in any way involved in the operation of the business of an introduction agent (whether under this Act or another law) and the order is still current; or
- (c) it has been convicted of a disqualifying offence within the last 5 years; or
- (d) an associated person of the corporation— (i) is under 18 years; or (ii) is an insolvent under administration; or (iii) has been convicted of a disqualifying offence within the last 5 years; or (iv) has been ordered by a court not to be in any way involved in the operation of the business of an introduction agent (whether under this Act or another law) and the order is still current.
- (i) is under 18 years; or
- (ii) is an insolvent under administration; or
- (iii) has been convicted of a disqualifying offence within the last 5 years; or
- (iv) has been ordered by a court not to be in any way involved in the operation of the business of an introduction agent (whether under this Act or another law) and the order is still current.
- (i) is under 18 years; or
- (ii) is an insolvent under administration; or
- (iii) has been convicted of a disqualifying offence within the last 5 years; or
- (iv) has been ordered by a court not to be in any way involved in the operation of the business of an introduction agent (whether under this Act or another law) and the order is still current.
