### sec.21 Disqualifying criteria—individuals
An individual is not a suitable person to hold a licence if the person or an associated person of the person—
is under 18 years; or
is an insolvent under administration; or
has been convicted of a disqualifying offence within the last 5 years; or
has been ordered by a court not to be in any way involved in the operation of the business of an introduction agent (whether under this Act or another law) and the order is still current.

- (a) is under 18 years; or
