### sec.66K Extension of suspension of registration
This section applies if—
under section 66H , the integrity commissioner suspends the registration of an entity as a lobbyist for a stated period (the initial suspension period ); and
after the initial suspension period starts, the integrity commissioner decides that the facts and circumstances forming the basis for the ground for suspending the registration warrant the suspension of the registration for a further period.
The integrity commissioner may extend the period of the suspension for a further stated period.
The total period of suspension must not be more than 12 months.
The integrity commissioner must give the entity notice of the further period of suspension before the initial suspension period ends.
If the entity is a listed person for an entity, the notice given under subsection (4) must be given to the listed person and the entity.
