### sec.38 Disclosure to Premier
The integrity commissioner must give to the Premier a copy of a relevant document relating to a particular member of the Legislative Assembly, other than a non-government member, if—
the Premier asks for a copy of the document; or
the integrity commissioner reasonably believes the member has an actual or perceived, and significant, interests issue.
The integrity commissioner may give a copy of a relevant document to the Premier under subsection (1) (b) only if—
the integrity commissioner gives the member of the Legislative Assembly written advice that the integrity commissioner has the belief mentioned in subsection (1) (b) and is required to give a copy of the document to the Premier; and
the member fails to resolve the interests issue to the integrity commissioner’s satisfaction within 5 business days after being given the advice.

(sec.38-ssec.2) The integrity commissioner may give a copy of a relevant document to the Premier under subsection (1) (b) only if— the integrity commissioner gives the member of the Legislative Assembly written advice that the integrity commissioner has the belief mentioned in subsection (1) (b) and is required to give a copy of the document to the Premier; and the member fails to resolve the interests issue to the integrity commissioner’s satisfaction within 5 business days after being given the advice.
