### sec.708 Consideration of applications for leave
In deciding an application for leave made under this subdivision, the court must consider—
the nature of the disqualifying offence in relation to which leave is sought; and
the circumstances and the nature of the applicant’s involvement in the commission of the offence; and
the applicant’s general character and fitness to be involved in the management of organisations, having regard to the offence; and
any other matter it considers appropriate.
