### sec.519 Acting registrar This section applies if the registrar temporarily can not perform the functions of office. The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, appoint a person to act as the registrar. (sec.519-ssec.1) This section applies if the registrar temporarily can not perform the functions of office.
