### sec.520 Delegation by registrar The registrar may delegate a power of the registrar under this Act to— a deputy registrar; or an appropriately qualified person nominated by the president; or for section 346 —an appropriately qualified officer of the court or commission. - (a) a deputy registrar; or - (b) an appropriately qualified person nominated by the president; or - (c) for section 346 —an appropriately qualified officer of the court or commission.
