### sec.90 Commissioner may publish information
The commissioner may publish information about a human rights complaint that the commission has finished dealing with.
The publication—
may include the substance of the complaint; and
may draw on information about the complaint contained in a report prepared under section 88 or a notice given under section 89 ; and
must not include personal information about an individual unless the information has previously been published, or given for the purpose of publication, by the individual.
(sec.90-ssec.1) The commissioner may publish information about a human rights complaint that the commission has finished dealing with.
(sec.90-ssec.2) The publication— may include the substance of the complaint; and may draw on information about the complaint contained in a report prepared under section 88 or a notice given under section 89 ; and must not include personal information about an individual unless the information has previously been published, or given for the purpose of publication, by the individual.
