### sec.89 Notice about resolved human rights complaint
This section applies in relation to a human rights complaint accepted by the commissioner for resolution by the commission if the commissioner considers the complaint has been resolved.
The commissioner must, as soon as practicable after the complaint is resolved, give the complainant and respondent a notice stating—
the outcome of the resolution of the complaint; and
that the commission has finished dealing with the complaint.
(sec.89-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a human rights complaint accepted by the commissioner for resolution by the commission if the commissioner considers the complaint has been resolved.
(sec.89-ssec.2) The commissioner must, as soon as practicable after the complaint is resolved, give the complainant and respondent a notice stating— the outcome of the resolution of the complaint; and that the commission has finished dealing with the complaint.
- (a) the outcome of the resolution of the complaint; and
- (b) that the commission has finished dealing with the complaint.
