### sec.54 Effect of declaration of incompatibility A declaration of incompatibility does not— affect in any way the validity of the statutory provision for which the declaration was made; or create in any person any legal right or give rise to any civil cause of action. - (a) affect in any way the validity of the statutory provision for which the declaration was made; or - (b) create in any person any legal right or give rise to any civil cause of action.
