### sec.108 Application of Act—generally This Act applies to all Acts and statutory instruments, whether passed or made before or after the commencement. However, this Act— does not affect proceedings commenced or concluded before the commencement; and does not apply to an act, or decision made, by a public entity before the commencement. Subsection (1) is subject to sections 106 and 107. (sec.108-ssec.1) This Act applies to all Acts and statutory instruments, whether passed or made before or after the commencement.
