### sec.107 Act does not affect native title rights and interests
Nothing in this Act affects native title rights and interests otherwise than in accordance with the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) .
A provision of this Act must be interpreted and applied in a way that does not prejudice native title rights and interests to the extent the rights and interests are recognised and protected under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) .
In this section—

(sec.107-ssec.1) Nothing in this Act affects native title rights and interests otherwise than in accordance with the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) .
