### sec.159 Disclosure to Australian Red Cross Society A designated person or prescribed health professional may disclose confidential information if the disclosure is to the Australian Red Cross Society for the purpose of tracing— blood or tissue, or blood products derived from blood, infected with any disease; or the donor or recipient of that blood or tissue. s 159 amd 2016 No. 50 s 30 ; 2022 No. 1 s 47 - (a) blood or tissue, or blood products derived from blood, infected with any disease; or - (b) the donor or recipient of that blood or tissue.
