### sec.158 Disclosure to lawyers A relevant chief executive may disclose confidential information if— the disclosure is to a lawyer in relation to a matter; and the lawyer is representing the State or a Service in relation to the matter. s 158 amd 2012 No. 9 s 54 sch - (a) the disclosure is to a lawyer in relation to a matter; and - (b) the lawyer is representing the State or a Service in relation to the matter.
