### sec.126 Appointment conditions and limit on powers
A clinical reviewer holds office on any conditions stated in—
the reviewer’s instrument of appointment; or
a signed notice given to the reviewer; or
a regulation.
The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the reviewer or a regulation may limit the reviewer’s powers.
In this section—
signed notice means a notice signed by the appointer.
(sec.126-ssec.1) A clinical reviewer holds office on any conditions stated in— the reviewer’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the reviewer; or a regulation.
(sec.126-ssec.2) The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the reviewer or a regulation may limit the reviewer’s powers.
(sec.126-ssec.3) In this section— signed notice means a notice signed by the appointer.
- (a) the reviewer’s instrument of appointment; or
- (b) a signed notice given to the reviewer; or
- (c) a regulation.
