### sec.125 Appointment of clinical reviewers
The chief executive (the appointer ) may, in writing, appoint a person as a clinical reviewer to undertake a review under this division in the department or a Service.
A health service chief executive (also the appointer ) may, in writing, appoint a person as a clinical reviewer to undertake a review under this division in the Service.
However, the appointer may appoint a person as a clinical reviewer only if the appointer is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience.

(sec.125-ssec.1) The chief executive (the appointer ) may, in writing, appoint a person as a clinical reviewer to undertake a review under this division in the department or a Service.
(sec.125-ssec.2) A health service chief executive (also the appointer ) may, in writing, appoint a person as a clinical reviewer to undertake a review under this division in the Service.
