### sec.127 When office ends
The office of a person as a clinical reviewer ends if any of the following happens—
the term of office stated in a condition of office ends;
under another condition of office, the office ends;
the reviewer’s resignation under section 128 takes effect.
Subsection (1) does not limit the ways the office of a person as a reviewer ends.
In this section—
condition of office means a condition under which the reviewer holds office.
(sec.127-ssec.1) The office of a person as a clinical reviewer ends if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the office ends; the reviewer’s resignation under section 128 takes effect.
(sec.127-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the ways the office of a person as a reviewer ends.

- (b) under another condition of office, the office ends;
- (c) the reviewer’s resignation under section 128 takes effect.
