### sec.166 Investigator’s report about investigation
As soon as practicable after completing an investigation under this Division, an investigator must give a written report about the investigation to the National Board that directed the investigator to carry out the investigation.
The report must include—
the investigator’s findings about the investigation; and
the investigator’s recommendations about any action to be taken in relation to the health practitioner or student the subject of the investigation.
(sec.166-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after completing an investigation under this Division, an investigator must give a written report about the investigation to the National Board that directed the investigator to carry out the investigation.
