### sec.167 Decision by National Board
After considering the investigator’s report, the National Board must decide—
to take no further action in relation to the matter; or
to do either or both of the following—
take the action the Board considers necessary or appropriate under another Division;
refer the matter to another entity, including, for example, a health complaints entity, for investigation or other action.
- (a) to take no further action in relation to the matter; or
- (b) to do either or both of the following— (i) take the action the Board considers necessary or appropriate under another Division; (ii) refer the matter to another entity, including, for example, a health complaints entity, for investigation or other action.
