### sec.164 Identity card
A National Board must give an identity card to each investigator it appoints.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the investigator; and
be signed by the investigator; and
identify the person as an investigator appointed by the National Board; and
include an expiry date.
This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person—
if the person is appointed as an investigator for this Law by more than one National Board; or
for this Law and other Acts.
A person who ceases to be an investigator must give the person’s identity card to the National Board that appointed the person within 7 days after the person ceases to be an investigator, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
(sec.164-ssec.1) A National Board must give an identity card to each investigator it appoints.
(sec.164-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photograph of the investigator; and be signed by the investigator; and identify the person as an investigator appointed by the National Board; and include an expiry date.

- (b) be signed by the investigator; and
- (c) identify the person as an investigator appointed by the National Board; and
- (d) include an expiry date.
