### sec.330 Duty to avoid interference in carrying out geothermal activities A person who carries out an authorised activity for a geothermal tenure must carry out the activity in a way that does not unreasonably interfere with anyone else carrying out a lawful activity. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
