### sec.329 Geothermal tenure holder’s measurement obligations A geothermal tenure holder must— ensure geothermal energy produced from the geothermal tenure’s area is measured; and give the chief executive details of the measurement at the times and in the way prescribed under a regulation. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 333A , to have also committed the offence. s 329 amd 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1 - (a) ensure geothermal energy produced from the geothermal tenure’s area is measured; and - (b) give the chief executive details of the measurement at the times and in the way prescribed under a regulation.
