### sec.55F Commissioner’s power to invite representations The commissioner may invite representations on an application of significant community impact from— the local government for the area in which the premises for which the licence is sought are situated; and from any other entity that has, in the commissioner’s opinion, a proper interest in the matter. The commissioner might invite representations on the application from the local member of the Legislative Assembly. s 55F ins 2000 No. 51 s 27 amd 2012 No. 25 s 109 - (a) the local government for the area in which the premises for which the licence is sought are situated; and - (b) from any other entity that has, in the commissioner’s opinion, a proper interest in the matter.
