### sec.55E Procedure on receipt of community comments The commissioner must give to the applicant written notice of all community comments properly made on an application advertised under section 55C . The notice— must include a copy of the comments; and must be given to the applicant within 14 days after the last day for filing comments as specified in the relevant notice under section 55C (2) . s 55E ins 2000 No. 51 s 27 ; 2012 No. 25 s 109 (1) (sec.55E-ssec.1) The commissioner must give to the applicant written notice of all community comments properly made on an application advertised under section 55C .
