### sec.297 Requirement for money clearance
This section applies for carrying out a money clearance under section 295 or 296 .
For a money clearance of a gaming machine, the gaming tokens to be removed from the gaming machine are all the tokens in the gaming machine, other than gaming tokens in the hopper.
For a money clearance of a centralised credit system or TITO system, the amount to be deducted is the amount calculated on the basis fixed under a regulation.
