### sec.298 Accounts and analyses
A licensee must, for each of the licensee’s licensed premises, keep and maintain such accounting records, in the way prescribed and in the approved form, as correctly record and explain the licensee’s financial operations in respect of, or connected with, gaming and the conduct of gaming on the premises.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
A licensee must carry out such accounting analysis as is prescribed.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —200 penalty units.
