### sec.16 Functions of commissioner The commissioner has the functions given to the commissioner— under this or another Act; and by the Minister. s 16 amd 1998 No. 14 s 266 (5) sub 2012 No. 25 s 38 - (a) under this or another Act; and - (b) by the Minister.
