### sec.15 Establishment of commissioner
There is to be a Commissioner for Liquor and Gaming (the commissioner ).
The chief executive must appoint a senior executive of the department to be the commissioner.
A person may hold appointment as the commissioner and hold an office as a senior executive of the department under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
