### sec.20 Replacement licences
A licensee may apply to an issuing officer for the replacement of a lost, stolen or destroyed licence.
The issuing officer must consider the application and either—
replace the licence; or
refuse to replace the licence.
If the issuing officer is satisfied a licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed, the officer must replace the licence.
If the issuing officer decides to refuse to replace the licence, the officer must give the applicant a written notice stating—
the decision; and
the reasons for the decision; and
that the applicant may appeal against the decision within 28 days to the Land Court.

(sec.20-ssec.1) A licensee may apply to an issuing officer for the replacement of a lost, stolen or destroyed licence.
(sec.20-ssec.2) The issuing officer must consider the application and either— replace the licence; or refuse to replace the licence.
