### sec.21 Suspension and cancellation of licences—grounds A ground for the suspension or cancellation of a licence exists if— the licensee has contravened a provision of this Act or a condition of the licence; or the licence was obtained by fraud or misrepresentation. - (a) the licensee has contravened a provision of this Act or a condition of the licence; or - (b) the licence was obtained by fraud or misrepresentation.
