### sec.19 Term of licence A licence is for the term, of not more than 1 year, stated in the licence. A regulation may authorise the issue of a stated kind of licence for a stated shorter term. (sec.19-ssec.1) A licence is for the term, of not more than 1 year, stated in the licence. (sec.19-ssec.2) A regulation may authorise the issue of a stated kind of licence for a stated shorter term.
