### sec.70 Authority to be returned
The holder of an authority suspended, or the former holder of an authority cancelled, must return the authority to the chief executive within 7 days after the suspension or cancellation takes effect, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not returning it or not returning it within that time.
Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
If a suspended authority is returned to the chief executive, the chief executive must return it to the holder at the end of the suspension period.
