### sec.69B Further fees continue to be payable despite suspension This section applies if an authority, or a quota entitlement for a quota authority, is suspended. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the suspension has no effect on a liability under this Act to pay the full amount of a further fee for or relating to the suspended authority or quota authority to which the suspended quota entitlement applies. Subsection (2) continues to apply for the amount even if the suspended authority, or quota authority to which the suspended quota entitlement applies, is later cancelled. s 69B ins 2006 No. 28 s 30 amd 2019 No. 6 s 47 (sec.69B-ssec.1) This section applies if an authority, or a quota entitlement for a quota authority, is suspended.
