### sec.216A Immunity from prosecution
An inspector is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done—
under the direction of the Minister or chief executive; or
in the exercise of a power or performance of a function under this Act.
A person acting under the direction of the Minister, chief executive or an inspector is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done under the direction.

(sec.216A-ssec.1) An inspector is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done— under the direction of the Minister or chief executive; or in the exercise of a power or performance of a function under this Act.
(sec.216A-ssec.2) A person acting under the direction of the Minister, chief executive or an inspector is not liable to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for anything done or omitted to be done under the direction.
- (a) under the direction of the Minister or chief executive; or
- (b) in the exercise of a power or performance of a function under this Act.
