### sec.68 Electricity officer’s appointment conditions
An electricity officer holds office on the conditions stated in the instrument of appointment.
An electricity officer—
if the appointment provides for a term of appointment—ceases holding office at the end of the term; and
may resign by signed notice of resignation given to the chief executive officer concerned; and
if the conditions of appointment provide—ceases holding office as an electricity officer on ceasing to hold another office stated in the appointment conditions.
(sec.68-ssec.1) An electricity officer holds office on the conditions stated in the instrument of appointment.
(sec.68-ssec.2) An electricity officer— if the appointment provides for a term of appointment—ceases holding office at the end of the term; and may resign by signed notice of resignation given to the chief executive officer concerned; and if the conditions of appointment provide—ceases holding office as an electricity officer on ceasing to hold another office stated in the appointment conditions.
- (a) if the appointment provides for a term of appointment—ceases holding office at the end of the term; and
- (b) may resign by signed notice of resignation given to the chief executive officer concerned; and
- (c) if the conditions of appointment provide—ceases holding office as an electricity officer on ceasing to hold another office stated in the appointment conditions.
