### sec.69 Electricity officer’s identity card
The chief executive officer of an electricity entity must give each electricity officer for the entity an identity card.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the electricity officer; and
be in a form approved by the regulator; and
display the electricity officer’s usual signature; and
identify the person as an electricity officer for the electricity entity.
A person who ceases to be an electricity officer for an electricity entity must return the person’s identity card to the entity’s chief executive officer within 21 days after the person ceases to be an electricity officer, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
This section does not prevent the giving of a single identity card to a person under this section and for other provisions, Acts or purposes.

(sec.69-ssec.1) The chief executive officer of an electricity entity must give each electricity officer for the entity an identity card.
(sec.69-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photograph of the electricity officer; and be in a form approved by the regulator; and display the electricity officer’s usual signature; and identify the person as an electricity officer for the electricity entity.
