### sec.67 Other limitation of electricity officer’s powers
An electricity officer’s powers may be limited—
under the regulations; or
under a condition of appointment; or
by written notice given by the electricity entity’s chief executive officer to the electricity officer.
- (a) under the regulations; or
- (b) under a condition of appointment; or
- (c) by written notice given by the electricity entity’s chief executive officer to the electricity officer.
