### sec.147 Appointment conditions and limit on powers An inspection officer holds office on any conditions stated in— the inspection officer’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the inspection officer; or a regulation. The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the inspection officer or a regulation may limit the inspection officer’s powers under this Act.
