### sec.40 Duty of other person
This section applies to a person at a place where electrical equipment is located, whether or not the person has another duty under this part.
The person must—
take reasonable care for the person’s electrical safety; and
take reasonable care that the person’s acts or omissions do not adversely affect the electrical safety of other persons; and
comply, so far as the person is reasonably able, with any reasonable instruction that is given by the person in control of the electrical equipment to allow the person to comply with this Act.

(sec.40-ssec.1) This section applies to a person at a place where electrical equipment is located, whether or not the person has another duty under this part.
(sec.40-ssec.2) The person must— take reasonable care for the person’s electrical safety; and take reasonable care that the person’s acts or omissions do not adversely affect the electrical safety of other persons; and comply, so far as the person is reasonably able, with any reasonable instruction that is given by the person in control of the electrical equipment to allow the person to comply with this Act.
