### sec.35 Copy of application must be given to aggrieved If the applicant for a protection order is not the aggrieved, the applicant must give a copy of the application to the aggrieved. Failure to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate or otherwise affect an application for a protection order. (sec.35-ssec.1) If the applicant for a protection order is not the aggrieved, the applicant must give a copy of the application to the aggrieved. (sec.35-ssec.2) Failure to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate or otherwise affect an application for a protection order.
